To the rest of this thread -- any one at any time could have stepped up to the plate and confronted Bill Wexler -- where were you all? Bill is not a bad guy. If you look at his personal thread you will see that he is often right, especially when there are accounting irregularities. In this case however, given the nature of REFR's business, a new technology with several barriers to entry, he was doing nothing more than setting forth his opinion that he thought the stock was overpriced. Unfortunately, other than his words, he has yet to put forth a basis for his opinions and therefore, his words should be taken as just that, his words.

Either way, I hold no grudge for Bill Wexler. He is entitled to his opinion as any of you are. It is nice however, when one puts facts behind their words.
