Here is an interesting discussion on bonds and, further down in other articles, how the dividend cut will add a lot of cash to the merger. Looks pretty good to me longer term, but I think a lot of the selling we see currently is due to people dumping out that want high dividends. Not to mention a negative market right now.

Expect this to be the lowest price for QWST that you may ever see again except on a total crash day maybe. Expect rapid upward movement from here as the market calms, gets bullish again and recognizes this major alliance's potential. USW stock too.
