Steve,

I have no idea about the asset situation (except for what's been reported here). If a law suit comes against the company if anyone committed any illegal acts, they would be liable. But from what I know about these things, you would not liable, especially for actions you had nothing to do with.

I am not a lawyer!!! So, my "opinion" in this regard is simply that of a layman who has been through some stuff like this, but don't rely on my opinion...

If I remember correctly MTEI is a Nevada corporation. If so, as I understand it there is sufficient protection in Nevada corporation law to keep you from having to pay for another's sins.

Worst case senario -- reorganize by filing bankruptcy. That could clear the decks from prior liabilities. I am not advising that, just saying it could be a viable course of action if circumstances warranted it.

If there is anyone with more info on this (espeically if they are a qualified Nevada corporation law attorney), I would be glad to hear what they have to say.

Personally I think it would be GREAT if this company's shareholders were able to turn this situation around, especially through the power of the community here on the internet. WOW!

Steve, sorry to report that Marc Tow at last report still owned 50M of the 89M shares outstanding. It would seem that all roads to reactivation lead through Marc Tow, if he continues to control this block of shares. The rest is just gum flapping and posturing to believe that there is any strategy or course of action after these apparently giant steps. (PS: it is also reported that Jack Uselton held a voting rights proxy on these 50M shares for two more years still.)

Marc Tow in San Diego is the answer to your question about whether you can expect to see this company functional again. Good Luck.
