While the wording in the agreement gives you no protection whatsoever,
I can't believe that any broker would force you to liquidate your IRA due to disputed transactions while the dispute is being resolved.

Personally, I wouldn't take that risk.

In the circumstances you describe, I wouldn't expect the risk to to become reality once in a lifetime.

I just don't like one-sided agreements. ... unless I'm the one side getting all the marbles, of course. ;-)
