It looks like the site is actively "under construction"

I'll save any comments I might have until it appears to have "stabilized"

I sure hope they aren't clearing the trees for banner ads.

Good question. Maybe it's for a non-member ad space (which is a good thing, right?), but it looks more like an accident.

You can already see where the banner ads (for non-members) go on some of the non-talk pages. It's set above the upper blue mass with a second "SiliconInvester" logo to take up the full space.
