Trader Dave,

The analyst from Adams/Harkness/Hill in the CC also asked about pre-paid royalty revenue with JDEC or Great Plains. The company stated they booked no such pre-paid revenues, and will recognize only as it is resold to end user.

Overal message of CC: Market looks better than ever. SEBL is better positioned than ever. Only constraint on growth is SEBL's ability to manage sales process. Pipeline is not a constraint.

Siebel's red-lining alright -- more customers, more revenue, bigger market share, broader product set, additional seasoned leadership, more consulting partners.

Ben Rose and Larry Ellison should have a beer together and commiserate. Poor fellas... sniff... sniff... you gotta feel a little sorry for them.
