Hi JP, Black Knight here. Sorry about the unruly merchants, I think that Ish said he cut the tax on alcoholic beverages, but that doesn't mean that your beer should be cheaper. The merchants probably kept the price the same and are making more profit. I remember from college macroeconomics (or was it microeconomics) (and it's the only thing I do remember, truly) "Prices are sticky downwards." To which I have my own corollary: "But greased lightning upwards.";^)
