Thank for the PM hawkeye. Nice to know it was intended as a "greeting" :-) As far as SEC, they are very understaffed and operate off of data given to them that is verifiable so Sluppy not completely innocent in this matter BUT I will admit that when it first happened my first thought was not antisluppy, it was more along the lines of who would benefit from sluppy's demise. Then after reading about Mr. K's background, all the typo's, lost former employees, etc etc etc, well what can i say................? Good news is what you have already posted from "Deep Smudge" Bad news is, no one knows how long it'll all take. On to New Topic. FWIW "IEarnedIt" came about as a result of all the money I lost in the market i.e. I Earned It and it's all gone:( Since I originated the handle, "IEarnedIt" now stands for rolling up my sleeves, really digging into the market, learning all I can as fast as I can, working hard and making back all the losses I've taken. So when I am a Bajillionaire <GGG> "IEarnedIt" will still apply:-) Wish you all well and see ya soon :-) JD
