I don't see how people hunting people is legal. Let's deal with that, not forbid simply owning and using guns. Violence is a BAD THING but it is dishonest to equate it with gun ownership (mho of course). As for assault weapons ... by definition those have a selective fire provision. A semi-auto knockoff of an AK is not an assault weapon. It's shameful that the press uses such alarmist terms to poison public sentiments against the hundred million nice, civilized gun owners in this country.
