I had expected by mid year to hear news from LIPO regarding some sort of new business - whether its another manufacturing agreement, licensing/buying a new product or agreeing to market someone's product. It seems that LIPO's R&D resources are being fully utilized, but other resources are not (namely the manuf facility, marketing team/sales force and the cash)

Are they waiting till after EVACET decision to take new initiatives? Perhaps if the stock moves substantially later this year it can be used as currency for new things. This would seem a little risky and also a waste of an entire years time/opportunities.

Are they staying lean and looking to sell? CNTO sold and is retaining autonomy. Are they looking to raise capital with another public or private offering to grow more substantial or acquire other companies?

I like to believe that management is smart and working constantly to increase shareholder value, so they have to have some plan and strategy in this regard and are not relying entirely on one drug to be approved. If anyone has the chance to ask management about future plans next week, please press them on this topic. If anyone knows anything, please inform the thread.
