I hope so. I do believe T is in the driver's seat as the "owners" of the properties in question and probable winners in the Supreme Court five years down the road but would be a shallow, costly victory. Goes without saying that both sides would lose in the long run...even the winner. I do hope they settle soon and T cuts itself a winning deal. God forbid it drag on so Congress feels compelled to step in and further muddle the TeleCommunications Act they passed couple years ago.
