JH, A very nice pleasure for not participating in corporate America! You need to update your profile. This swamp is in EST. It really got down to what's more important -- dollars or values. I accepted my decision long ago, but throw no rocks at those that chose otherwise, as I had some good advice and other situations presented at the time. I've been working out of my home since 1978, and old mother (whatever her name was) had nothing over my lady for the resulting sacrifices she made, and support she provided! As I expressed to a tax client this evening (a Buy and Hold type), there are times to stress reward and there are times to stress risk. I believe that unless one is playing this Market, there is simply no reward to watching the next few months unfold. This particular client's investments of choice were some kind of treasury fixed income thingie. The health care fund she went into inflated 50% in last 18 months, a slightly better return. Should she risk the next few months of uncertainty? JMHO TB
