The chat room is not officially a Market Gems affiliation but affiliated in as much as my picks will probably be 3/4 of his rooms discussion. He will also have education forums and other features. There are over 1,800 members of Market Gems. That is without any publicity, barely any advertising just word of mouth, but we will be hiring a marketing and consulting company in the next weeks. I'm expecting another one thousand members by end of August and still another 500 by end of September (a lot of these in Sept. will be trials so I'm not sure who is staying) Then we will close membership completely after the Telescan's Wall Street City Trial month will be over and x amount decide to stay on after the trial. Of course we'll be getting drop outs then fill new openings. We never plan to charge large fees, we don't need to with our large membership base. If there is no room, he'll open a second or third one. I'm not sure if all members will need the room. Basically we were looking for novices. If it turns out grand, we might combine or merge our companies and offer one of the biggest, and best equipped stock chat rooms that money and technology can buy. With broadcasting, instant Bloomberg etc. (that would probably be a third level of membership but even then we undercut by hundreds of percent there will be enforced rules but the prices will still be loq since we service a lot of members ) Either way I'll be 'hanging around' but its not my baby, unless we decide it just might be beneficial to both of us.. I do admit I was a little po'ed that one of the hardest earnings weeks had to be marred like it was by those people. Their timing was great for them but bad for me.
