Hi Eric:
Before I learned about BP I created my own market strength indicator based on a point system based on PnF chart patterns and moving averages. My QQQ indicator went to a sell. My MUT indicator
gave a sell on July 9 and my DJIA indicator went to sell July 18. All dates are as of the close. Have no idea of the accuracy of these indicators as they are based on logic and the market is illogical. Besides these markets are becoming more volatile and the signals are coming closer and closer together. More chances of being whip sawed.

then again what the heck do I know?

OT: Total number of bearish chart patterns increased to 573 while
total number of bullish chart patterns decreased to 534. This is the first time bearish chart patterns outnumber bullish chart patterns since June 17.
