Richard, again you make a correct observation about Ron Reese and
give insight into why those who try and learn from his advice get those
bad headaches and wake up during the middle of the night screaming
with terror from those RRS induced dreams(nightmares).

good news & good news

First the good news, in that Ron Reese is really a nice person,
I know I know hard for you to keep a thought like that, but really
I do think Ron is not only a good person, but he would like to help
others, just so long that its after he is reconized for having extra
level of thinking ability.

Now the good news, in that Ron has not obtained a following,
so the world is safe and we can relax.

I'am sure if Ron is married and has children that these folks are
able to see quite clearly of a very good person to have around.
I just hope none of them read this thread, as they would get the
wrong idea and think Ron has a dual or split or multiple ......

Doug

Richard,

Don't play dumb... YOU WANT TO PARTICIPATE. You want to buy a stock that will go up (or short a stock that goes down).

You want the house you buy to increase in value.

The only thing you're complaining about is concept of forcing people to participate and get beyond their own fears.

People don't participate because they fear for the future. They don't buy because they are relatively assured that what they purchase will only decrease in value. They have no confidence.

Gov't role is to reinstill that confidence, like slapping a hysterical person back to calmness, or putting a depression prone individual on mood altering medication.

Gov't proper role is help people to help themselves, not do it for them.

I believe all of us have known people in our lives who has wallowed in depression and despair. How many of us have "forced" that individual to get out of the house and do something fun, hoping to make them forget their problems, even if it didn't resolve their problems??

That's the analogy I'm making here... not some kind of domineering gov't forcibly taking your money from you.

So give me a break, will ya??

<<"The point being, yes.. to make people participate. "

Don't you just love it. I sure am glad somebody is out there making us all participate. A "free" market just won't function without all these bureaucratic controls and manipulations.>>
You're right. "they" are giving tax relief to play.

You always more of get anything you are willing to pay for.
