MSFT> I know it sounds weird.. if I am mistaken it is by about 1/2 hour because I went to sleep from about 7:30 until a little after 9:00 after putting in another full nighter researching more reports. It wasn't on CNBC by 6:00 a.m. because i had bloomberg until 6:00 a.m. I did turn on CNBC at about 6;15 and it could have been that blonde lady with the short hair.. I swear I heard the words 'MSFT down 7/8 already in pre market trading'.. I remember thinking gosh that's early to begin trading. I narrow down to the time betwee 6:15 and 7:00 a.m. at the very latest. Then I did a quickie scan to find the most overbought stocks and up popped QLGC, and LGTO among a few others (DISH too) and I changed my game plan in the morning and bought puts right near the opening of trading.

I'm sorry I can't narrow it down better for you. I'll give you another example I even put out a watch list on the market gems site at 6:45 a.m. and already I mentioned I thought there would be profit taking in the morning in MSFT that would spread to all the sectors. So if you want to be meticulous get in touch with CNBC and ask them when they mentioned first that MSFT was down in pre market. There would be no reason for me to say it since I never had MSFT on my mind. I was thinking of TXN and GM actually. But I did hear it very early in the morning.
