>>That said, I am out of eBay, because growth has been a real challenge
for them recently.<<

Doug, at this time last quarter we stood at just under 2m active auctions. Today the active auction count is 20% higher, 2,400,000. This growth has taken place in spite of the many problems with the eBay system and additional entries into the auction business.

Here are some of the positives I see at this time:

1. The additional entries into the auction business are a breeding ground for future eBay users.

2. This type of growth during negative press "is" impressive.

3. The potential for advertising income is still an option. A huge option.

4. eBay has no long term debit and a pile of cash. Why not go on a buying spree. How about Fed Ex for starters, and offer eBay users a special rate to compete with the USPO.

Like you, I'm also out of eBay at this time. I should say my original investment is out. I still have all my profit in eBay and I'm lovin' it!
