**Great WINR earnings news: 300% increase in Earnings .04 cents; prediction by CEO of 20-30 cents for 1999 now seems sound. They are just getting into even more market niches, so Q3 and Q4 should really get interesting, and just added 2 very high margin gambling transaction deals. Suggest all do some DD who are interested.

DavidC. Skinner, Jr., President and CEO of Winners Internet Network,
Inc. (WINR), announces WINR's second quarter earnings.

WINR received its second quarter interim financial statements from its
independent auditors this day reporting the following:

Total Revenue $809,265
Total Expenses 271,309
Net Profit $537,956

Net Profit Per Common Stock $ .04

Weighted Average Shares Outstanding 14,898,551

The Net Profit Per Common Stock earnings increased from $.01 reported
on WINR's first quarter interim financial statements to $.04 as
reported above on WINR's second Quarter interim financial statements.
This is a Net Profit increase of 300%.

Mr. Chad A. Millward has been appointed as a member of the Board of
Directors and Secretary of WINR. Mr. Millward is the Director of
Systems in WINR's European facility and is heavily involved with Mr.
Skinner in the full-time day-to-day operations of the overseas
operation. Further, Mr. Millward is instrumental in site and system
design not only for WINR but its venture into E-commerce. The current
Board and advisors of WINR met and agreed that Mr. Millward is ideal to
serve as a member of the Board of Directors and Secretary of WINR
because of his in-depth knowledge and ability to expand theprocessing
network. Ms. Kimberly A. Stein has resigned as a member of the Board of
Directors and Secretary of WINR to focus on her ongoing
responsibilities and duties with the CyberLink Group as her time and
efforts will be more directed in that capacity to mutually benefit both
companies.
