I am still not in. I made a decision to stay out yesterday based on the following:

I could have bought 5000 shares @ $4.50 = $22,500.

If I sold this morning : 5000 shares @ $3.25 = $16,250

Then I would have had 1000 GoProfit shares at a cost of $6,250.

In hindsight, I am glad I stood back, but if it does IPO and if the price is above $6.25 and if there is no lock-up on IPO shares, I will regret the decision.

In the meantime, if I like GoProfit, I can still get a play at 80% of the company simply by purchasing DDEQ.

It ain't easy,
Tim

Anyone with a Etrade account better call them. Etrade is showing the dividend as a 1:5 reverse split. Or they say the original shares have to be turned in to get the new shares. What do we do to get this corrected?
