That is odd. I thought you could apply real-time NYSE, AMEX and NASDAQ quotes online. I know I did. Only OPRA and futures exchanges need hard copies.

It amazes me the stories I have seen from folks trying to get Qcharts to take their money. It suggests to me how bad things are from a service standpoint. I know the process only takes a week to 10 days at most, so you may want to really start bending their ear. A note posted directly to Gibbons or Chris Cooper may expedite the process. Good luck.

As much as I like the Qcharts package, I am starting to evaluate other vendors again. If I can find software even half as functional providing reliable options data I'll be further ahead, even if it costs a little more.

Please send an email to qcharts@quote.com with your Quote.com user ID and any other pertinent information so we can track this down. We have a same-day turnaround on these - and with the NYSE you can sign up instantly online. Either we didn't get your exchange agreement or something else is wrong, but we would like to fix the situation.
