Oh, great. Aren't you a Benevolent Ruler? You're supposed to lie around on a chaise longue all day and eat bon-bons, not go about fomenting unrest. This is what comes of having so many Benevolent Rulers. Too many chiefs, not enough Indians. Anyway, I have to go do battle with the owner of the house that we have decided not to buy. He's still not done with the work, he won't be done by this Friday, which is the closing, and now my agent says that he says that he thought the closing was next Monday. And I just talked to my lawyer's paralegal, who says that she talked to the guy twice confirming Friday as the date, and sent him a letter. So he's lying. Which I hate. Also, he is refusing to finish the work with licensed contractors, which is a violation of state law and unacceptable to us. Prick. Adios, gotta go do stuff.
