re: checking roll-out Just got an email from the datek-bot inviting me to participate in the checking test. I did "enable" my account for checking very shortly after the year(s?) ago checking attempt was presented. The point is: Datek seems to be proceeding with the checking roll-out. Related point: I retained a shrunken Schwab account after DTC-transferring assets to Datek. Now, to circumvent the lack of Datek checks, I have been wiring funds into the squab account and writing checks out of squab. Have been getting sub-48hr turnaround on the wires w/o fees. Good trading, p
