This open access issue is killing this stock. It looks like investors do not feel the FCC has much power against the localities. It is the uncertainty that people do not like. They do not want just an 80-20 chance that open access will be delayed. They want 100% before they start buying again. The only problem with that thinking is, "NO Risk, No Profit". The ones that will make money with ATHM are the people who are willing to take a chance and buy in now. Hind sight might be 20/20, but foresight is were the money lies.
