Capital Research Group Announces Investment
Opinion

WESTON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 21, 1999--TheSubway.com
announces huge gainers and 3 new opinions: SanDisk Corporation
(Nasdaq:SNDK), Omicron Technologies Inc. (OTC BB:OGPS), and China.com
(Nasdaq:CHINA).

Acclaim Entertainment. (Nasdaq:AKLM) was picked by TheSubway.com to
buy at 6.50 and traded up to 7 1/2 yesterday. Loral Space and Comm.
(NYSE:LOR) was picked by TheSubway.com last week to buy at 20 and
traded up to 22 7/8. TheSubway.com is currently offering the following 3 new opinions.

SanDisk Corporation (Nasdaq:SNDK), today announced that SanDisk and
SmartDisk Corporation have co-developed the world's first floppy disk adapter for the MultiMediaCard, the world's smallest removable flash data storage card. The FlashPath(TM) adapter for MultiMediaCard, which will be manufactured by SmartDisk Corporation, allows consumers to easily transfer data, images and Internet music between a standard 3.5-inch floppy disk drive and SanDisk's MultiMediaCards. Although the stock has been off of it's high over the past few days, Capital Research Group Inc. feels that the company will continue its
steady upward momentum.

Omicron Technologies Inc. (OTC BB:OGPS). On October 16, 1998 the
company announced a joint venture agreement with ViaSpace Technologies, LLC. to develop advanced visible imaging system based on Jet Propulsion Laboratory's (JPL) Active Pixel Sensor (APS) digital camera-on-a chip. This exciting new technology is being utilized in NASA's New Millennium Deep Space 1 Mission to image the features of an asteroid and is also planned for Mars Lander in 2001. The APS will be combined with advanced wireless radio technology to produce a wireless camera system. Currently trading at $1.375 after being up in a down market, the stock is slowly being accumulated with expectations of over $4.00 per share.

China.com (Nasdaq:CHINA) is getting to be known as "the Net giant in the
world's most populous country. Other's are calling this the America Online
(NYSE:AOL) of China. After its Initial Public Offering soar to $68.00, the stock
looks like it is settling down a bit. Look for a support level of around $45.00 and
than a steady upward trend.
