Tero indirectly points to a possible event which would have a very large negative impact on QCOM. I'm not worried about the writing down the 8% of G Q owns, its the 350 to 450 mil in long-term finance receivables Q has out to Globalstar. These finance receivables will only grow the next couple of quarters as Q delivers phones and gates. Failure of G to obtain significant subscribers, could result in a huge write-off by Q. I hope not, but its something one should keep an I on.
