Hey Dr. B -- long time no see. You chasing this dog too? By the way, my teeth are starting to become "transparent," I can see my tongue if I look closely enough. What do you do for that?

Bernie, even more the "medical" document, the following things gave me pause:

1. The news was announced via a PR and not via a medical journal
2. Alfred Flores is never referred to as a doctor
3. The majority stockholder in NTC sells used cars
4. Only five patients were treated
5. It was the "courts" and not a medical board who "gave permission"
6. Doctor are anonymously quoted as saying the results were "phenomenal"
7. Documentation came from someplace as vague as the "Government of Spain"
8. The website is owned my 1stNetTechnologies (FNTT), the president of which was fined $200,000 by the NASD but quit to start his own publicly traded company rather than pay the fine.
9. UPCA is being pumped by Superstockpick, a known P&D company which just happens to be owned by FNTT
10. The PR was on Business Wire. Those guys will print anything if you pay 'em (g).

The interesting item is that Flores supposedly did his first "trial" on a pet rat. Seems HIV doesn't infect rats, so the whole document is at issue.

Ooops. They shoulda thought of that. But then it seems that "Dr" Flores isn't really a doctor...
