Pass pass, though I see your point about AOL you must also remember that MSFT is in the software business, first and foremost. I think it was your wording that threw things off "AOL is supposedly the only company MSFT is really afraid of." I would think MSFT would be worrying more about companies such as SUNW, or ORCL, IBM, etc... AOL is more of a fly in the ointment than anything else. Though I agree that Bill's pride has been pricked by AOL, I think the phrase "afraid of" is a bit overstated.
