Does anyone have an idea as to whether we are presently in talks with possible jv partners or have talks ceased until next round of drill
results?

To summarize the outstanding issues which have not yet been addressed by the suddenly-quiet Medinah side:

- CDCH released a statement about "their" Fortuna de Lampa property, also known as Alto de Lipangue. MDHM has issued several releases stating the property belongs to them. Could someone get a written clarification from either company about what is going on and who owns what?

- Insiders have filed to sell 400,000 shares. Handshake, who has excellent contacts inside the company, first stated that insiders have *not* filed to sell, then stated that it would be a good sign that they had filed to sell. Still waiting to hear if he is sticking to his original claim, and if not, why not?

- Medinah has suggested through individuals posting here that Dayton is part of a massive short position in Medinah. Dayton has denied this in writing. Still no written or direct allegation from Medinah; is this just a vicious rumor or does someone have actual evidence?

- The JV disappeared. First it was claimed that it was imminent, but when pressed for details on where that information was coming from the claim was suddenly retracted and now there is no imminent JV. The question remains; who started the rumor?

- Russell Godwin, IR for Medinah Mining, filed insider trading reports and press releases while at his old company, V.MXR (now V.MVI), stating he had acquired a large position in the company while the subsequently modified and refiled trading reports indicate he was in fact selling what was left of his stake at that exact time. No explanation yet from Russell.

There are more, but this will do for a start.
