M&A West, Inc. Subsidiary Announces Spin-off to Shareholders
SAN BRUNO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 21, 1999--M&A West, Inc. (OTCBB:MAWI - news) announced today that a subsidiary company, Virtuallender.com, Inc. (OTCBB:VLDC - news) will be spinning off its Homesmart.com branch to its shareholders as a separate public company.

The distribution will be one share of Homesmart.com for each Virtuallender.com share owned. The company anticipates Homesmart.com to commence trading within the next couple of weeks. The ''dividend'' date is July 23 for shareholders of record. Virtuallender.com, Inc. will retain one million shares of Homesmart.com.

M&A West, Inc. owns approximately six million restricted common shares of Virtuallender.com, Inc.

if anyone wants to buy my WACI shares..they are up for sale at .099

ask is .105 so you can try to get it at that price... I bought from .15 to .19 and know very little about the company.. it sounds like lance has found a good stock..

but I've DD'd the crap out of OGPS and want to buy more.. can't because all my funds got tied up in WACI as i expected it to goto .25 or better for a quick hit.. instead I got whacked and once my buy order finished.. in came the selling..

already sold my MFMI even to get more OGPS this morning.. should have just put it all into OGPS like i wanted to weeks ago at $1 ; but got stupid trying to chase some of these other plays.. oh well; hope everyone is having a better day than that ugly tuesday we had
