I'm looking for some upward momentum at the close also, but won't the secondary offering apply some negative pressure? If many of these index funds are able to buy the stock through the secondary, rather than on the open market, then obviously demand will not be as great as it was for AOL and others.

Does anyone know where the secondary is priced?
