I've been looking at the same thing. Apparently, the deal will take a long time, e.g. 1 year, to finalize. In addition, many widows and orphans will be selling, particularly at the end of the year, as they won't want a non-telephone growth stock.

Looks like it could even drift to 55. However, at some point in a few months, the tide should shift unless QWST stock collapses.
