TexasDude... no sweat. I have plenty experience understanding transfer agents and handling. I think my point was meant that i wont hold through a split with no SB or K filed period. Thank you for clearing the question of their ability to send certs without completeing the filings. I have deep experience in Load Management... KW control and balance. What blows my mind is that they are the only ones that have taken it seriously... at 27.00 share?? good luck and best regards
