Now that you and Stag are both out I am going to increase my position. That is the best news I have heard in weeks!

Actually, I've been out for a few weeks already. I posted here the day I sold.

By the way, did Bill sell millions of shares or was it closer to 450k shares, leaving him with 3 million in his possession?

Dunno... but was it Bill who said "Don't watch the day to day movement of the stock" as he was selling? And what happened to the stock price after he sold... And why would he sell 15% of his holdings if the stock were a winner? Why not sell a smaller percentage? Oh wait, that's because the compensation plan gives him a gargantuan amount of stock each quarter (2% of the increase in market cap) which means that he'll be selling large quantities each quarter to "pay off the tax burden."
