I am VERY satisfied with my Wit Capital/Engage experience:

1. I had no problems registering for the DSP and followed all the instructions I was given. I was allocated 100 shares (as I had expected).

2. I sold my 100 shares at $43 through the Wit Capital web site this morning for a "triple" on my money. Wit was very helpful and their site worked fine.

3. I feel the "apology" e-mail from CMGI was unnecessary, but very nice. I only expected to get 100 shares, even though I had asked for 200. Those who missed out on the offering because they were not watching their e-mail have only themselves to blame. If some people followed the rules and did not get shares all I can say is that none were promised; it was a lottery system.

Thanks to CMGI for giving me this "dividend". I look forward to the Navisite and Alta Vista offerings. I will not flip them. It goes without saying that I will NEVER sell my CMGI shares....they have my trust and have a core group of very loyal shareholders who appreciate their efforts to reward our patience.
