Teflon,

What are your thoughts on the law suits and the likely disclosure of news in the near term? Do you think some major $$$ is looking to sneak into GMST before any decisions are rendered? Curious as to your thoughts.

I would not be surprised if an announcement was made tomorrow or not for another year or so. The market can now be divided into two camps, those aligned with Gemstar and those not. When it comes to iTV and I had a choice of two exclusive licensees, it would be Microsoft and AOL. If asked the same question from the traditional TV side of the equation, the answer would be Sony and Thomson. Henry is partnering well.

Stew, any idea what the strike prices were on those contracts?

Sorry, I didn't research it.

Regards
Stew
