jhg,

I suspect that this will be a very small niche market for a fairly long time. ...if it ever catches hold.

Just my guess,
Ian.

jhg,

I wonder what percentage of the corporate market is buying or will move to thin client hardware?

At this point I suspect it is rather small. From what I can gather the market will be mainly for small and medium-sized businesses. I think that it may well pick up steam this year. I bought more CTXS today (at $49) and so far I am smiling. One of the few causes for a smile in today's awful looking market.

We've been through these kinds of nasty corrections before, and I am sure we will see them again. If you invest in good quality companies like Dell you will be OK in the long run. I think that Dell is settling into reasonable valuations given its lowered growth prospects. My view is that the stock should appreciate at around 25% - 30% per annum for the forseeable future.

TTFN,
CTC
