An email response, Brad: " You remember posts made by me, bruce steiner and a few others who I can't immediately recall. I did a lot of searching in this area to lower expenses. I eventually ran out of gas. Am too busy to give a detailed answer just now. The short answer was Aufhauser and Vanguard. Will drop message to you tomorrow and can advise you a bit on questions to ask if you are looking for a more customer friendly broker. Bruce Duncan"
