Yes, that's even more significant when you quantify it: desktop
cpu's represent about 2% of the overall microcomputer market.

This whole thing started with Jargon-boy saying that the PC accounts for a small percentage of computers worldwide ; which is a complete fallacy.

The PC accounts for about 80-90% of desktop computers and about 80-90% of all computers worldwide; desktop to mainframe class. This does not include embedded systems or handheld devices.
