Mike, I respect your opinion. But as far as deployment, the box makers weren't even close to providing digital boxes back in '96. So IATV HAD to wait until they caught up, so to speak. They had a choice - either develop an analog version or wait until digital caught up. They chose to wait for digital (WINK went analog). Once that decision was made, you're right, they had to wait. This is why I said that the benefit of waiting (only devoting resources to a digital product which should hopefully be superior to the analog product) quite possibly outweighs the cost (not rolling out in 96 as promised, thus forgoing 3 years of revenues). So I certainly understand those who say that the wait until now has not cost them that much. Fine. The big disagreement here is that I feel that waiting 3-6 more months to roll out would be very costly at this point while others feel that the cost of waiting 3-6 months will be negligible since we've already waited 3 years without much cost. I say the marketplace will get crowded, others say that the market is so huge that it won't matter. I say MSFT is coming out with an interactive client and server and could really compete with us, others say big deal. I point at WGAT and WINK, others say that they don't directly compete with us. I'm neutral, others here are long. Everyone here seems to have put their money where their mouth is. We'll just have to wait and see how this unfolds. -Mike
