Karl,

I've put in a call to GZTR/GENZ and asked them to call me. I have one basic question to ask them. Maybe 2.
I'll run it by you to make sure I'm not totally nuts?

Facts as we know them: GZTR is moving/hoping/planning towards being a profitable company in the next 2 years. Directors of GZTR and GENZ have been buying. The price is arguablly severely depressed as valued upon the technology that GZTR possesses.

Q. Given the above (especially the directors actions), would it be proper/doable/appropriate for GENZ to go out into the open market and purchase shares of GZTR? (GENZ has 600 Million of cash equivs., so it is doable.)

Q. Has any thought been given to the above question. If not, why?

My thinking is simply that the market is ignoring whatever message it is that GZTR has to send. Nobody is paying any attention at all. The GENZ/GZTR directors are putting up their own money now. Would it not be prudent for them to reclaim some of the investment in GZTR for the
GENZ shareholders also?
