2- THE 400,000 SHARES OF INSIDER STOCK WAS QUALIFIED AND HAS NOT BEEN SOLD, BUT IS FREE TRADING, AND COULD BE SOLD AT ANY TIME IN A MANNER LIKE ANY OTHER SHAREHOLDER. THIS INFORMATION IS FROM RUSSELL GODWIN, AND THE TWO INSIDERS INVOLVED ARE LES AND LARRY FOR 200,000 SHARES EACH. I must have missed Les's filing. I only saw two for 200,000 each from Larry Regis and Raymond Lazo.

I started going through this point by point, and it quickly became unclear what was said by a representative of Medinah Mining and what is your conjecture. THE LA FORTUNA MINE IS PART OF THE LOBO SOLITARIO PROPERTY WHICH IS OWNED BY CERRO DORADO. Is that you or the company? Regardless, do you then have an explanation why Medinah Mining has issued releases claiming that they own the property? If this is a recent CDCH aquisition, could you provide a link to a release that describes the details of the aquisition? If they didn't buy it from Medinah, who did they buy it from? If they did buy it from Medinah, what did they pay and why was there no information provided on this material change to Medinah's prospects? More importantly, since it relates directly to any possible JV, how much more of Medinah Mining's Alto de Lipangue has been sold without being announced? A written statement from a director of the company on this would be nice. DO NOT KNOW ABOUT DAYTON HAVING SHORTED MDHM IN ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORM. That I assume is from a Medinah Mining representative? Well, if Medinah doesn't know anything about a short position, who started and is continuing to spread these rumors? Is this all Handshake's doing? THERE WERE THREE PROPOSALS ON THE TABLE ACCORDING TO RUSSELL GODWIN Excellent! To bad a Director of the company isn't willing to make the same statement, then it might mean something. However, I did notice that Russell didn't say a JV with a major; is it then safe to assume that if there is a JV it will be of a calibre similar to the current JV? REGARDING V.MXR, I DO NOT HAVE ANY FIRST HAND INFORMATION. This, I assume, is coming directly from you. But...you just talked with Russell! Didn't you ask him? What did he tell you?
