Benny,

Yesterday I was on my Schwab billpay page and decided to see who the electronic billers were. Virginia Power was listed yesterday -- so the news today is interesting. Another strange thing I saw yesterday is while AMEX e-bill pilot still showed up, regular old AMEX didn't. Maybe they are about to launch (would be about time).
