Jacalyn,

I am really hoping that Bloomberg or the company can help to unravel this mystery.

What concerns me is the fact that all the public information which i was able to access in London clearly indicates that X-Stream Technologies UK Ltd is owned by X-Stream Technologies Inc. The only document which confirms that X-Stream Technologies Inc is owned by XSNI is the circular which was sent out by the company in February 1999.

Based on XSNI's past history of providing accurate information, i am concerned.

Rangar from Bloomberg stated in his reply to Jeff D that in his opinion, based on information provided by the company, X-Stream Technologies UK Ltd is a privately held company. Companies house in London holds documents which show that X-Stream Technologies UK Ltd is owned by X-Stream Technologies Inc in the US. The circular sent out by Manning at XSNI in February states that XSNI, a publicly traded OTC BB company, owns X-Stream Technologies Inc.

Who is not providing accurate information ? Robert Manning Chairman of XSNI who sent out the circular ? Or Chris Sukornyk (CEO ?) of X-Stream UK Ltd who provided Rangar from Bloomberg with the information that X-Stream Technologies Uk Ltd is privately owned ?????

After all, Chris Sukornyk and Robert Manning are both directors of all companies involved therefore they should both be singing from the same songsheet !

Hopefully someone will answer these questions. Unfortunately, I am having to count on Bloomberg rather than the company to answer. I would feel alot more comfortable and confident if i could count on the integrity of the companies directors to provide the answers but, based on past experience, i can not.

Awaiting answers !
