I always go shopping in another town at rush hour, how about you? By the way, my wife's office is about 45 minutes away in low traffic, and about an hour and a half in rush hour traffic, along one of the worst corridors entering Washington. Rush hour does not triple the time...

Moderate traffic assumed. Heavy traffic, i.e., stop and go, will add some time.
