Do you know anything about the terms or duration of the contract/agreement that allows CAOL the *6% "take" from the lottery*?
as long as this agreement remains intact,
these kiosks should be able to be built and generating revenues fairly quickly, without saturating the market with kiosks,
just think how many "lottery point of sales" there are in a major US city, every 7-11 and gas station has one,
as long as this *6% deal* remains intact,
CAOL looks like a "no brainer" to me,

IMHO, the market capitalization of less than 10 Million gives CAOL ...room to run...
