This is Amazing!!! I just gave you my name and my e-mail address, and you still won't take the time to have someone send me my password!!!!! I have sent out probably over 10 e-mails already, with no response. What is the point of having me call Susan or send another e-mail? Do you service people only respond to subscribers who send at least 11 e-mails? I am sorry, but in my book this demonstrates a lack of regard and respect for one's customers/subscribers.
