Morgan, I think you're right. An MLCO upgrade is probably unlikely.

The current rating is fairly bullish in relation to the analyst's other coverage.

Who do ISLD and INCA represent? Only small traders, or mostly
small traders? If they are selling all the time, where are these
shares coming from?
