An article in Friday's USA Today indicates that PowerTV a division
of SFA may be spun off next year in an IPO.

“…Jessica Schieve plans to stick with her job at PowerTV, a company based in Cupertino, Calif., which makes software for interactive cable. If it goes public, she could walk away with at least $20,000 - and possibly much more.
"I'm willing to put in the time," says Schieve, 32, who will be fully vested in March. An initial public offering is possible in about a year. "I'm tired. I wouldn't mind a change. You give up a lot to make the company successful." …”
