I stand corrected Dale, the officers should produce an explanation, but I have been forbidden to make requests of them or do DD, so I thought another third party could jump into the ring and other people are contacting the other third parties not me. :)

I guess I was just hoping for bloomberg to issue something that says XSNI is good and that Paul Meyers didn't know what he was saying or that someone in the company was again "misquoted".

Suntrader, Do you think there are documents somewhere that XSNI would sell its subsidiaries to xstream UK for "consideration" whatever that means; these guys have spun a web of corporations and deals and mish mash; they are experts at setting up corporations - even advertise their experience at their law firm website.

Something is not right, or the way this company does business is just not what I expected a good company to be. All this information may be in London, but they have done NOTHING to make anything credible over here, and they dont have to until deadline 2000.

If this company is so convoluted now and all associated companies get so upset and livid when asked a question, just doesn't look respectable. I wish the Lucent attorneys had called me up and perhaps they could make all this right and make sense out of it all.

Good luck, Jacalyn
