J.Y. Wang:

If you talked to Rita and she gave you this tidbit of insider information and then you took that information (be it right or wrong) and sold the stock short does that you mean you took advantage of the marketplace and traded on inside information?

Whicch Rita did you speak to? Rita the investment analyst? Rita the Executive Secretary? Rita the receptionist? Rita in the mail room? Rita who proofreads the PR? Rita making a Fed Ex delivery?

Is this your concept of Due Diligence?

Don T.

>I talked with a woman Rita...call yourself>

Taking your age into account I would simply suggest that having opened the can of worms with your investigation, why not follow it through to its conclusion; I will not comment on why your suggestion that I call myself reaches extreme heights of passivity and compounds your mistake! There is a Germanic/Yiddish expression that translates as follows:

"One fool throws a stone in the river and ten wise men cannot retrieve it."

Why not retrieve your own stone.

You have whet the curiosity of many, so why not give us the concluding chapter. Are you the boy who has voiced the reality that the Emperor is naked or were you snookered by a secretary that had her way with your zeal? After all there is more to life than making money! Having gotten so much attention and even being "da man," a concluding chapter would be appreciated.
